Who am I ?

My name is Antonio, I am an University teacher of Macroeconomics in Palermo, Italy. I own a VILLA, garden 3.400 square meters, that i rent weekly for holidays. It's situated in Balestrate, close to Palermo, a beautiful countryside and beachside (km. 3 from the sea) area, close to amazing archaeological sites and interesting monumental towns: Segesta, Selinunte, Agrigento, Monreale, Palermo, Mozia, Marsala, Trapani... I take care of this VILLA and host tourists coming from all around the world, it's an exciting experience that renews day by day my life: new people, different languages, different habits ....

IT'S A BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE APARTMENT on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms (can accommodate up to 10 people): 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds (total in this room 6 people). QUIET AND CLOSE TO BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN BEACHES AND INCREDIBLE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES. FREE ADSL WI-FI INTERNET access 24/24 h. Barbecue and Gazebo.

Very famous archaeological sites: 3rd century Greek temple and Segesta amphitheater (20 minutes), ancient Roman city of Selinunte (40 minutes), archaeological site and splendid museum of Mozia and Marsala (40 minutes), splendid Norman and Arab monuments of Palermo from the 11th century, the Norman Cathedral of Monreale from the 11th century. Live this atmosphere enjoying your stay in a new villa immersed in the pine forest, private garage, very large garden (3000 m).

WELCOME TO THE POOL

Dear guests, my wish is that you enjoy the swimming pool and its fantastic salt water. The following rules are given by the fact that the pool you will use is equipped with a special high-tech system (Electrolysis System) which produces NATURAL CHLORINE directly from the salt water and constantly checks the PH degree of the water. In this way, to put the system in the condition to produce water of the best quality and to give you the opportunity to bathe more pleasantly, totally free from any irritation on the eyes, lips and nose that only Natural Chlorine can offer you, please to ask you to observe the following rules. Thank you.

1. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE BEACH AND POOL, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE TOWELS PROVIDED FOR THE APARTMENT

2. PLEASE WEAR YOUR SWIMMING CAP; FOR CHILDREN / MEN, IN THE POOL WEAR ONLY SWIMSUITS. LONG SHORTS (eg SURFER) NOT ALLOWED.

4. ALWAYS TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING. OPEN FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER AND FROM 9:00 am. - 13:00 and 17: 00-20: 00
